An accomplished executive in talent management, she helped co-founded NEXT Model Management and later served as Executive Vice President of IMG Models, elevating both into globally recognized agencies.
Since 2004, Jan has consulted across modeling, advertising, music, photography, and fashion, specializing in talent management, celebrity contract negotiation for beauty brands, and strategic business development.
When I’m not helping clients with their businesses, you’ll find me spending time with loved ones and friends at the ocean, attending classes at NY pilates, or enjoying a walk in NYC…
